1. Who we are

GrowLead Tools is internal software operated by GrowLead s.r.o., Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 11713534, VAT ID CZ11713534 ("GrowLead", "we"). GrowLead is the controller of the data described in this policy. Contact: petr@growlead.cz.

2. What GrowLead Tools does

GrowLead Tools is used only by the GrowLead team. It helps us run marketing and operations for our own companies and for clients who have given us access to their accounts. With Google APIs we use it to:

• read performance reports and make campaign changes in Google Ads accounts we manage (for example keywords, ads, assets, budgets and locations), always on behalf of the account owner;
• read reports from Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center and Tag Manager and keep their configuration in order;
• keep Google Business Profile listings of our clients up to date;
• work with documents, spreadsheets, calendars and e-mail of GrowLead's own company accounts.

GrowLead Tools is not offered to the public. Nobody outside the GrowLead team signs in to it.

3. Data we access

Depending on the task, GrowLead Tools accesses the data of the Google accounts that were connected to it: advertising account structure and statistics, analytics and search reports, business listings, and files, calendar entries and e-mails of GrowLead's own accounts. We access only the data needed for the task the account owner asked us to do.

4. How we use the data

• We use the data only to provide and improve the services for the owner of the account.
• We do not sell the data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles or for any purpose unrelated to the service.
• We do not use data received from Google APIs to train general AI or machine learning models.
• People in our team read the data only when it is needed for the service, for security, or to meet legal obligations.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

GrowLead Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the owner of the account it belongs to, with service providers that run our infrastructure under a contract and only to the extent needed (for example cloud hosting), or when the law requires it.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored only in GrowLead's access-controlled systems. Access credentials are kept in a secret store, never in source code. Access is limited to the GrowLead team members who need it.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as we manage the account for its owner or as long as the law requires. When the cooperation ends, or when the account owner asks, we delete the data that is no longer needed.

9. Revoking access

You can revoke the access of GrowLead Tools to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access to a Google Ads account can also be removed in the account settings under Access and security.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to petr@growlead.cz. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.

12. Website and cookies

This policy covers GrowLead Tools. When you visit the website www.growlead.cz, Google Analytics runs only if you allow it in the cookie bar. What the website stores and how to change your choice is described on the Cookies page. The Terms of Service describe the rules for using GrowLead Tools and the website.
